Managing health care and maintaining health is important, now more than ever. As of Jan. 1, 2021, Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) has enhanced our partnership with you to help you accomplish both. Under the direction of the Defense Health Agency (DHA), TRICARE Prime civilian-enrolled beneficiaries living in the Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado Prime Service Area (PSA) are part of a value-based care pilot known as the Buckley PSA Pilot.

There is no enrollment or action required, and your TRICARE benefit remains the same. If you live in the Buckley PSA, are enrolled in TRICARE Prime and have a civilian primary care manager, you are automatically part of the Pilot.

What is different is how HNFS works with participating providers to help keep you healthy. HNFS also provides concierge-type customer service to help you get to the right provider, at the right time, for the right care.

This includes:

  • help with locating providers and scheduling appointments
  • reminders about past-due care
  • chronic care education and support

The Buckley PSA Pilot is expected to run through Dec. 31, 2022.
