Common Terms and Acronyms


A written complaint or concern about an issue regarding quality of care or quality of service by a provider, a military treatment facility, Health Net Federal Services, LLC (Health Net), or any TRICARE representative.

Grievances may include, but are not limited to, issues such as access to care, concerns regarding outcome, continued level of care, practices related to patient safety, privacy violations, delays in processing authorizations and referrals, or discourteous or unprofessional behavior of providers, their staff or Health Net associates.
