Check The Status of a Claim

You can continue to check status for TRICARE North Region claims with dates of service prior to Jan. 1, 2018, below or at

Visit for claims with dates of service on or after Jan. 1, 2018.

You will be required to log into the TRICARE North provider portal with your username and password. Once successfully authenticated you will be able to view information for claims that were either paid or denied going back two years from the starting date of service. Pended claims will not be shown. In order to view status information, the NPI on your account must match the billing NPI on the claim.
